What is the role of counter-terrorism warfare, and more generally of military intervention, in the genesis of so-called terrorist violence? They do not share the same theoretical and methodological presuppositions, but they agree on one central idea: terrorism and counter-terrorism warfare are two segments of a single violent relationship.
